Community Personal Safety Workshop

Our Community Personal Safety Workshop is designed for the general public and focuses on practical strategies that help people feel safer navigating their everyday environments.

The session provides participants with simple, realistic tools that can support safer decision-making whether at home, at work, or out in the community.

Participants learn how to recognise potential risks early, strengthen situational awareness, set clear boundaries and respond appropriately to uncomfortable or potentially unsafe situations. The workshop also explores common real-world scenarios people may encounter in everyday life and discusses practical strategies for avoiding, de-escalating or safely exiting these situations.

The session is structured across theory, interactive discussion and practical activities, allowing participants to build understanding, engage with real-life examples and practise simple responses in a supportive environment.
