Our Policies

Our vision is ‘Safe, connected and inclusive communities.’ Based on this vision, we are committed to providing employees, board members, members and volunteers with the information and resources they require to enable them to act at all times in the best interests of Neighbourhood Watch NT and the community as a whole.

The Neighbourhood Watch NT grievance policy explains the proper process for members to report grievances. The policy outlines the process in which all matter of grievances must be dealt with to ensure that members have access to a fair grievance procedure. In order to foster a supportive and inclusive environment we encourage members to report their grievances.

In compliance with work health and safety legislative requirements, including Codes of Practice, Neighbourhood Watch NT is committed to taking a constructive role in promoting improvements in work health and safety practices to achieve and maintain a healthier and safer working environment  for its staff, volunteers, contractors, and other visitors to the workplace.

This policy has been developed to support our vision of ‘Safe, connected and inclusive communities.’ Everyone has the right not to be bullied or harassed at work, and to feel safe, confident, and secure in their workplace.  The purpose of this policy is to make NHWNT employees, board members, volunteers, and members aware of behaviour that is unacceptable in the workplace.

Neighbourhood Watch NT is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations in respect to how we manage your Personal Information.
