Ruth Palmer

President

Ruth joined our Board in 2024 and currently serves as President of Neighbourhood Watch NT. A long-time Territorian and CEO of Property Council NT, she brings strong leadership and a deep understanding of our community to the role. Ruth is passionate about building safer, more connected neighbourhoods across the Territory, and her commitment continues to inspire and guide our team. Serving on more than ten boards, she is a proactive advocate for a safer Northern Territory and meaningful community outcomes.
