Fletcher joined the NHWNT Board in 2024 and quickly made a positive impact. Now serving as Board Vice President, he brings fresh energy, innovative ideas, and valuable connections to the organisation. Professionally, Fletcher works as an Advisor for Emergency and Critical Incidents, and in his spare time he dedicates himself to supporting the training and placement of service animals — creating life-changing partnerships for those in need of a safety companion. A first responder who rarely stands still, Fletcher also shares his creativity and vibrant spirit beyond the Territory, travelling and dancing around the world while spreading positivity wherever he goes.
