NHW4Kids teaches children practical safety skills through interactive activities that help them recognise risks, trust their instincts and know what to do if they need help

NHW4Kids is an interactive online learning portal designed to help children aged 5–9 years develop practical safety skills and confidence as they begin to navigate their communities more independently. Through engaging activities, discussions and interactive modules, the program helps children understand how to recognise risks, trust their instincts and respond appropriately to situations that may make them feel unsafe.

Kids safety skills

The program encourages children and their caregivers to learn together, creating opportunities for meaningful conversations about safety at home and in the community. The activities can be completed at your own pace, allowing families to pause, revisit modules and continue discussions as children grow and their independence increases.
