Neighbourhood Watch NT is a not for profit community-based crime prevention organisation that has been creating safer Territory communities since 1988. Neighbourhood Watch NT delivers programs that empower people to take responsibility for their own safety and encourages collaborative crime prevention partnerships between the community and the Northern Territory Police. NHWNT is supported by the NT Police
Neighbourhood Watch NT’s purpose is to create safer more secure neighbourhoods through educational personal safety messaging and campaigns, connecting neighbourhoods and creating resources and tools to help the general public to decrease preventable crime.

NHWNT is available throughout the NT and to ensure that the community are receiving the information and resources that will assist them each Region is managed by a local community member. We currently have 4 Regions; Barkly, Katherine, Northern and Southern.
